Before you write
- Device model (e.g. iPhone 15) and iOS version (Settings → General → About).
- What you were doing and what you expected.
- For crashes: whether it was in the menu, during a run, in the shop, or after an ad.
- Whether the issue happens every time or only sometimes.
Purchases & restore
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. To restore non-consumable purchases (such as Remove ads) on your device, open the app’s Settings screen and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you used to buy the item. If something still looks wrong after a successful restore, email us with a short description and approximate purchase date.
Ads, tracking & data
The free version may show ads served by Google AdMob. You can buy Remove ads (non-consumable) in the app to turn off third-party banner and interstitial ads; rewarded placements may remain where they are part of gameplay (e.g. optional continue), depending on the build.
On supported devices, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency controls whether certain advertising identifiers are used for cross-app tracking—see Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your iPhone. More detail on what we and our partners may process is in the Privacy Policy (especially advertising, analytics, and Game Center sections).
